LICENSE AND AGE

During the rental agreement, the tenant must have a domestic or valid international driver's license for A, B, C, D group vehicles and must be over 25 years old.

RENTAL PERIOD

It is at least 1 day. Special prices apply for monthly or annual rentals.

PRICES

Prices include lubrication, maintenance, insurance against third parties (within legal policy limits). 18% VAT (VAT) is included. Fuel belongs to the lessor. Chauffeur-driven service and an interpreter guide are available upon request.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT

The total rental fee is collected in cash upon delivery of the vehicle.

INSURANCE

-All our vehicles have full and missing traffic insurance

-Tire, Glass, Headlight insurance is included in the rental fees that we have stated on our website.

In order for the insurance to be valid; The traffic accident report and alcohol report should be taken by the police before leaving the accident site and delivered to our nearest office within 48 hours, the vehicle should not be driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs or outside the legal speed limits. Otherwise, the user of the vehicle is held responsible for all damage. Prices include unlimited mileage of vehicles, lubrication and technical maintenance expenses. In cases where 8 out of 8 defects are found, the time the vehicle remains in the repair is collected from the customer. Theft Insurance is included in our prices. In order for the theft insurance to be valid, the key of the vehicle must be with the person renting the vehicle. If you forget the key on the vehicle and the vehicle is stolen, you will be liable to pay the price of the vehicle.

GUARANTEE BOND

During the delivery of the vehicle, no promissory notes are made or a certain amount of liability etc. Your signature will not be taken. At the time of the rental, you only need to sign the rental contract stating that you have received the vehicle.

DELIVERY AND RELEASE

If the reservation you have made is approved by us, Mina Rent A Car is obliged to meet you and deliver the vehicle at the place and time you specify on your reservation form.

TRAFFIC FINES

All OGS-KGS passes and traffic fines belong to the customer. Even if these fines are notified to the company later, the customer is personally responsible for the OGS-KGS toll booths and all traffic fines during the rental period.

Our vehicles cannot be taken abroad.
